1) Earning Points
- Every £5 = 1 point (rounded down)
- Dine-in food & drink after discounts; excludes service, tips, delivery, gift cards, private-hire, festive/ticketed menus
- One payer can earn on the full bill; split → points only on member’s share
- Points appear within 48h; electronic card only
Visit multipliers (receipt only):
5th visit×1.5 points
10th visit×2 points
15th visit×2.5 points
Multipliers apply only to the points from that receipt, not to your total balance.
2) Unlocking Discounts (no instant %)
50 pts10% discount
100 pts15% discount
150 pts20% discount
3) Voucher
- 100 pts = £10 voucher (dine-in only)
- Redeeming deducts 100 pts (no full reset); remaining points continue
- Choose either voucher or % discount on a bill (no stacking); validity 90 days
4) Exclusions & Event Policy
- No points/discounts on: service charge, tips, delivery platforms, gift cards, private-hire deposits, ticketed/tasting menus, Christmas/New Year menus
- Benefits apply only when the digital card is shown before ordering
5) Rights & Fair Use
- We may correct, cancel or refuse points/vouchers in case of error, misuse or suspected fraud
- We may modify or withdraw the program, rewards or tiers at any time; unused/expired benefits are forfeited
- Membership is personal and non-transferable; points expire after 12 months; no cash value
