We give all our bookings a 30-minute grace period; if you feel as though you will be later, please give us a call so we can note it down.

If you would like to amend the date/time or amount of people in your booking, please do so on our ResDiary.

We cater to all types of people. If you cannot find anything in our menu that suits your diet, please leave a note when making your reservation at least 48 hours in advance so our kitchen can prepare.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all gift cards (“Gift Cards”) issued by Platzki Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number [insert number], whose registered office is in Manchester, UK. By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms.

1. Issuer
Gift Cards are issued by Platzki Ltd, and may be redeemed only for food, drink, and services at our restaurant.

2. Redemption

• Gift Cards may only be used to pay for food, beverages, and services provided by Platzki Ltd.

• Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account, except where required by law.

• If your bill exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance must be paid with another accepted payment method.

• Only one Gift Card may be redeemed per transaction unless otherwise stated.

3. Expiration & Fees

• Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Any unused balance will automatically expire after 12 months and cannot be refunded or reinstated.

• No service charges, maintenance, or inactivity fees apply.

4. Limitations

• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or used for unauthorised marketing, promotions, or competitions without our prior written consent.

• Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

• We reserve the right to refuse Gift Cards that are suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.

5. Lost or Stolen Cards

• Treat Gift Cards like cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.

• We are not responsible for unauthorised use of Gift Cards.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manchester, UK.
